Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom+ sleep out brick home within walking distance to Albury's main city centre. Comprising of polished floor boards throughout. A reverse cycle A/C & central ducted heating will ensure comfort in every room. 2 large bedrooms with Queen beds + Large Sleep out with x2 single beds. The couch can used as a double sofabed to accommodate extra guests is available - upon request. Seperate lounge and dining area. Renovated modern kitchen. Outdoor entertainment area equipped with BBQ and gas. Rates are for x4adults - additional charges will apply for extra guests. Short Term Accommodation or Long Term Accommodation available.
All linen and towels are provided for your stay.
Check-In is any time after 2:00pm and Check-Out is before 10:00am unless otherwise arranged. Please be mindful of the check out time as this could hold up cleaners and next guests checking in.

A home away from home..
This house was a very peaceful,comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Albury.
The floorboards and rustic furniture gave the house a welcoming,warm feeling every time you arrived back.
It had a well equipped kitchen, extra linen and having a laundry with washing machine and dryer was very useful.
The two large couches in the lounge room were great for accommodating two adults comfortably. The backyard was very private to spend time outdoors and the long driveway had enough room for two cars to be parked safely off the street.

Delightful Stay!!
We had a lovely few days in Albury for a footy carnival. The house was in a great location, was incredibly clean and had everything we needed with regard to linen and in the kitchen. It was a lovely walk or short drive to the main street and we loved how quickly the house heated up as it got pretty cold at night. We highly recommend this property. It does have only in effect toilet but the bathroom was very large, modern and clean! - Carrie
